We create images with great attention to colour fidelity. However, the fidelity of the colour that you see depends on the calibration of your PC / laptop screen. So it could be different. What we have done is to consciously use much better fabrics than used in comparably priced sized clothes to do our best to ensure that the fabrics delight you (even if the colour is a bit different).
We ask users to use their e-mail address as their user name. We will send the password to this address if you forget it.

You pay via PayPal which allows you to use virtually any credit or debit card.
No, however, we only use high quality fabrics such as wool and cashmere, wool and silk or 100% wool. All our linings are 100% Bemberg. We provide clear descriptions of the composition of every fabric as you view them.
No, I’m afraid not. The reason is that the order goes directly to the factory and the cutting of the fabrics to fit your bodyshape can occur within minutes of the order being placed.
We currently say a maximum of four weeks but try to make it sooner.
No, it’s included in the price.
We will give you a substantial discount if you accept the garment when it’s not exactly what you ordered or a 100% refund of what you paid if you simply want to reject it.
We will ask you to get scanned again to check that this is not due to your shape changing. If this isn’t the reason we will give you a full refund.
Probably not unless you are prepared to wear the clothes only when you have got back close to your shape when scanned. Remember that custom clothes are much more fitted than sized clothes and you might be disappointed.
This is a very good idea as your shape may have changed since you were scanned. You can keep as many bodyshapes on the system as you wish.
Manufacturing quality in the top 0.1% of the world’s output is only available from well organised and well equipped factories with a high quality ethos. We sourced two such factories near Shanghai. Shanghai is a modern and thriving city and the factories we selected are clean and well equipped. The two factories pay attractive wages so as to attract and to retain the calibre of sewers required to make top quality clothes.
Yes, but only if (a) they are not what you ordered, or (b) they don’t fit and the second scan shows that your shape hasn’t changed or (c) if they are badly made. (The restrictions do not of course affect your statutory rights.)
